As a seasoned professional, Ria's expertise extends to real estate development projects, where her strategic planning and meticulous execution play a pivotal role. With an extensive network of professionals and a proactive approach, she guides clients through every stage of their ventures, from site selection and feasibility studies to design, construction, and occupancy. In addition to her businesses, Ria is deeply involved in professional organizations. She serves with the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, whose mission is to expand sustainable homeownership and economic opportunity in Black, minority, and underserved communities—and as Region Vice President, she leads boards across California, Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii, and Colorado. Within the association’s Women's Council she serves as the National 2nd Vice President.
Rooted in the Bay Area, Ria began her illustrious career in real estate in 2004, initially supporting loan origination, appraisal, and underwriting for a Savings & Loan institution. Her dedication and passion for the industry have been recognized with accolades such as the 2020 Powerful Women of The Bay's Entrepreneur of the Year award.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ria is a devoted wife and mother of three adult children, as well as six bonus children. Her commitment to family, community, and excellence in real estate is evident in everything she does, making her a true beacon of success and inspiration in the industry.
